Method
1. First, heat oil in a wok or a deep pan and add the chopped garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Saute for a minute. 2. Now, add the mixed vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes on high flame. 3. Add salt as per taste and saute for another 2-3 minutes. 4. Add the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar. Mix well. 5. Add the cooked rice and mix everything well. 6. Cook the rice on high flame for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously. 7. Turn off the flame and transfer the Schezwan rice to a serving bowl. 8. Serve hot with some Manchurian or gravy of your choice.
