- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method
- Wash the flattened rice in water and rinse it well. Drain the water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and green chilies. Saute until onions become translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and saute until they become soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Now, add the drained flattened rice and mix well with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add puffed rice and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Your puffed rice poha is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee.
