- 1 package of mini marshmallows
- Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple food coloring

Method
- Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt 3 tbsp of unsalted butter over low heat.
- Add a package of mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted.
- Add food coloring to the marshmallow mixture, using as much or as little as desired to achieve the desired color. Repeat this step with each color of the rainbow.
