- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or pork shoulder
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Wooden skewers

- Bowl for marinating
Method
- Cut the chicken or pork into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, white vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cubed meat to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the meat onto wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and charred on the outside.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
