  3. Add the chopped onions, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste, and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  4. Add the mint leaves and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn soft.
  5. Add the soaked rice and sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Add water and salt to taste and mix well.
  7. Cover the pressure cooker with a lid and cook until 2 whistles.
  8. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Open the pressure cooker, fluff the rice gently with a fork, and serve hot.
