  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4 Cardamom Pods
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups of Water
  • 2 tablespoons of Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Coriander, chopped, for garnish

Method
