Method

1. In a large pot, add the pig feet, beef shank, pork ribs, and chicken thighs. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. 2. Skim any foam or impurities that rise to the surface. 3. Add the yucca, sweet potatoes, malanga, plantains, corn on the cob, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, bay leaves, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the pot. 4. Add the water and stir to combine. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. 7. Serve hot with white rice or crusty bread.
