Method

Step 1: Soak the rice and kidney beans

Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Step 5: Mix everything together

Add the cooked kidney beans to the masala and mix well. Add the cooked rice and mix gently. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes on low flame.

Step 6: Serve hot

Once done, garnish the rajma rice with coriander leaves and serve hot with raita or salad.
