- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Chicken (boneless, chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Oil

Method
- Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onion. Fry until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.

- Add chopped vegetables (carrots, green peas, capsicum) and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.
- Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.
- Add soaked rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water and bring it to a boil.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

- You can use any meat of your choice (beef, lamb, shrimp) instead of chicken.
- You can adjust the spice level according to your taste.
