  7. Add garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  8. Add the mint paste and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add the soaked rice and mix well. Add 4 cups of water and mix well.
  10. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium heat till the rice is cooked.
  11. Once the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  12. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
