Wash and soak the rice for 20-30 minutes. 2. In a pot, add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. 3. Add the soaked rice, oil, and salt. Mix well. 4. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked. 5. Fluff the rice with a fork. Serve hot with the rajma curry.
